Walter Bronowitz is the executive chef for Functional Fuel and is involved with concept implementation and menu development. Walter has been a culinary educator in Seattle for over twenty years and has earned the titles Certified Chef de Cuisine and Certified Culinary Educator from the American Culinary Federation.

Kathleen Putnam is the nutritionist for Functional Fuel, and developed the nutritional guidelines and ingredient lists for the Functional Fuel menu. Kathleen is a nutrition educator for the cardiac rehabilitation and wellness program at Swedish Medical Center,and is also a nutrition consultant and part owner and of NutritionWorks.
